There is so much to do everyday, how can you make time to simply BE? Learn to incorporate the Being in all that you Do. Learn & practice simple techniques you can use moment-to-moment to increase self-awareness and mindfulness, to enrich your life, and increase gratitude & compassion. This workshop will encompasses embodied movement and basic yoga, mindfulness practices, self-reflective writing, partner exercises, and an opportunity to share what's on your mind and in your heart. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is necessary or expected. Bring water, a yoga mat if you have one, and your beautiful self.
