Come explore the interior spaces and you quietly reflect on the passing year and the New Year ahead.

Join Katie as she guides you through a thorough exploration of the body in a slow meditative manner. We will explore the hips, the spine and most importantly our minds as we progress through postures that will calm and challenge our sense perceptions, all the while reminding ourselves to return to the breath.
