Sound Seed Project is a 60-min Sound Bath that offers a unique Spiritual Journey into Deep Meditation.
This two-part workshop serves as an in-depth tour of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. The overall goal of the course is to provide participants with the basic building blocks for a sustainable and enlivening yoga practice.
Suitable for all levels of practitioners from any yoga background — or no background at all.
How much time do you spend moving towards where you want to be verses being content with where you are? Where can you create space on your life? What would that space allow you to let in? What do you cling to (mentally/physically)? How could letting go of this allow you to let yourself live more fully and deeply?
According to yoga philosophy, humans are multi-dimensional beings made up of many interactive layers or koshas. Investigating the five koshas can inspire and deepen your yoga practice and assist you in recognizing practices that support optimal health and wellbeing.
Saraswati Jois works with students from all over the world comprising all levels of ability, experience and commitment. Saraswathi approaches students with great care, respect and faith in their potential. She emphasizes patience, consistency and perfection of the asanas within the natural limits of each individual practitioner. Saraswathi is a very skilled teacher, helping students reach their fullest expression of each asana. She recognizes the great importance of devotion and humility in Ashtanga Yoga practice, and models this for her students.
Yin Yoga focuses on working deeper tissues – ligaments, joints, deep fascial tissues, and bones. Poses are similar to other styles of yoga but the approach is different. All poses are done seated or lying down. Yin is unique because we relax the muscles and use gravity to come to our edge.
