• Practice begins when you enter into the studio.
• Turn off cell phones
• Arrive for class on time.
• Sign in and pay before class (Instructions for signing in and paying are posted above the sign in book).
• If you must leave a class early, please tell the teacher before class, then leave before other students begin savasana (the corpse pose).
• Always include savasana as part of your practice, even if you leave early.
• If you have injuries or other special needs, please let your teacher know.
• It’s best to wait at least 2 hours after eating a meal before practicing yoga.
• Try not to drink water during class.
• Please do not wear scented body lotions, perfumes or oils to class.
• Public mats, blocks, straps, blankets and eye bags are located on the North wall of the studio. The personal mats are stored above, public ones below.
• Return mat and props neatly to their proper place after class. Hang your mat outside if it is wet.
• Please feel free to browse and borrow books from our lending library.
• Our teachers are eager to hear your feedback, comments, and questions.
